AUTO555 is a browser based CRM for car rental businesses. It keeps the vehicle calendar, reservations, customer records, rental documents, handovers and payments in one workspace. The interface is in Russian. The permanent free plan covers up to five vehicles and one user. A public storefront and booking widget are included on every plan. A separate custom website is included with an annual paid subscription; it is a different offer from the storefront available on the free plan. Paid plans serve larger fleets and teams. Check the current website for their limits and prices. A typical rental involves more than recording a reservation: the car has to be available, prepared, handed over and returned. AUTO555 connects those records around the vehicle, so the team can check the calendar and rental history in the same place. The operator remains responsible for inspecting the car and entering accurate information. The public read only demonstration uses fictional records. Prospective users can examine the workflow before entering real customer information. AUTO555 is developed by Levitsky Concept, a software studio in Khimki, Russia. It is intended for vehicle rental operations; the studio has separate products for beauty salons and car dealerships.
