Bruno is an open source IDE for exploring and testing APIs. It stores API collections as plain text files on your local filesystem, making them Git friendly and easy to version control. Unlike cloud dependent tools like Postman, Bruno is local first: no login, no account, no cloud sync. Your data stays on your machine and can only be shared intentionally via Git or other file transfer methods.
