ChambaNOW is a bilingual (English/Spanish) marketplace that connects hirers with local day laborers and skilled trade workers. It's built for contractors, landscapers, movers, property managers, and restoration and cleaning companies that need reliable help for a day, a week, or longer. Hirers post jobs in about two minutes, search available workers by skill, ZIP code, distance, and hourly rate, and message applicants directly in the app. Every chat message automatically translates between English and Spanish the moment it's sent, so a crew lead and a worker can each read and write in their own language. That covers directions, safety instructions, and pay. Workers set their own rates and hirers negotiate directly. ChambaNOW charges no agency markup or per shift commission. Two way reviews after each job build trust on both sides. It works for day labor, contract, temp to hire, per diem, and full time roles across the US and Mexico. New hirers get their first month of Hirer Plus free with no credit card: unlimited job posts, worker search, and messaging. Workers always use ChambaNOW free. Launched June 2026.
