CharaFold is a reference led AI character sheet tool for illustrators, storytellers and indie game creators. It is designed to help organize one character into a reviewable set of body views and expressions, rather than a collection of unrelated portraits. The beta workflow starts with one reference image and optional notes about details to preserve. Presets cover four body views (front, three quarter, side and back), four expressions, or a complete eight image set. Users can review individual images, request focused corrections and download individual files, a contact sheet or a ZIP. Results require review; exact facial identity and geometry are not guaranteed. Image generation and checkout currently remain limited to private beta test accounts. Public visitors can explore the studio sample, download three free PNG/SVG reference sheet templates, use a free prompt builder, and read guides on face and outfit consistency. These public resources require no AI credits. The beta uses one time credits rather than subscriptions: 3 credits per generated image, or 24 credits for eight images. Technical generation failures return the corresponding credits. Uploaded references and generated images expire after 24 hours.
