Clarno is a pressure testing engine for startup ideas, built to counter the flattery default of chat models. Instead of asking an AI for encouragement, you run your concept through a structured process where skepticism is enforced by architecture. The core instrument is a simulation cohort of up to 50 market agents, each with a persona and episodic memory. They advance on a tick clock, remember prior rounds, and deliberate under a moderator that scores arguments rather than smoothing them. The process moves through six beats: Scan, Argue, Verdict, Design, Case, Launch. At each fork you choose from pre tested cards, but the market judgments are Clarno's and do not negotiate. Every number in the verdict carries its source; when no source exists, the card says not found instead of inventing a figure. Disconfirming evidence comes first. The common outcome is a narrower, smaller, still alive idea. It is built for solopreneurs, startup founders, studios, and investors who pay to be wrong early.
