Hypercubic's Hopper is a desktop application that bundles a TN3270 terminal, datasets browser, jobs browser, and an AI agent into a single interface. It enables developers and operators to interact with z/OS mainframes using natural language. The AI agent can read COBOL and JCL source, submit and monitor batch jobs, decode VSAM records, drive ISPF panels, and write changes under user supervision. It supports read only actions instantly and requires explicit approval for mutating actions like writing members or submitting jobs.
