Korso Shepherd is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that provides real time coordination for AI coding agents. It prevents merge conflicts and coordination lag by allowing agents to claim files before working on them, broadcast announcements, and sync on active work. The tool offers a live view of all agents in a workspace, showing who is online, what files are claimed, and what tasks are in progress.
