Maneva is an AI intelligence layer for manufacturing that uses existing or off the shelf camera feeds to monitor production lines in real time. Its platform comprises two main products: VITA (Video to Action AI) for quality assurance and downtime reduction, and ALIS (AI Line Supervisor) for worker safety and productivity. VITA detects defects, mislabels, packaging issues, and machine problems, while ALIS monitors PPE compliance, danger zones, and line efficiency. The system learns patterns dynamically, adapts to real world environments, and improves continuously through training, distinguishing it from traditional rules based vision systems.
