Nowadays is an AI native platform that handles the entire lifecycle of corporate meetings and events. From venue sourcing and contract negotiation to day of coordination, the platform automates tasks that traditionally require weeks of emails, research, and spreadsheets. Key features include a flight and budget estimator that compares travel costs across cities using actual attendee lists, a database of over 400,000 vetted venues, AI powered email outreach and phone calls to gather availability and follow up, and automated proposal translation that turns messy PDFs into clean side by side comparisons. The platform also leverages exclusive partnerships and automated negotiation to unlock preferred rates and concessions.
