P0 is a native desktop app (macOS and Windows) that orchestrates AI agents to autonomously ship complex, multi file features into real codebases. It follows a structured five phase pipeline: Import & Refine (bring in a product spec or brainstorm one with AI), Architect (a specialized agent breaks the spec into phased tickets with technical contracts and acceptance criteria), Implement (engineering agents build tickets in parallel), Verify (QA agents run verification loops against acceptance criteria), and Ship (coordinated PRs land across all changed repos). The tool is multi repo aware, maintaining cross repo context (imports, API contracts, shared types) and creating coordinated worktrees across repositories in a single session. It also generates automated codebase readiness standards that stay current as code evolves, covering API patterns, component architecture, testing conventions, and type systems.
