Plexe is an applied AI lab that acts as an embedded AI team for companies. It designs, builds, and ships custom AI agents that integrate directly into a client's product—not as a separate dashboard or prototype. The process involves four specialized agents: a Builder Agent that selects models, data paths, evals, and interfaces; a Field Engineer Agent that connects the AI to the client's actual systems, APIs, and edge cases; an Operator Agent that handles deployment, monitoring, and reliability; and a Guardian Agent that ensures private deployment, security, and customer ownership of code, models, and data. The output is a live AI system running in the client's environment, owned by them, and improving with real usage.
