PopTask is an AI powered to do list that lives in your Mac menu bar and on your iPhone and iPad. It turns messy, natural language input into a scheduled task in about 3 seconds. Type or say "mtng wth boss in 2hr" and it figures out the title, date, time, and recurrence. No date pickers, no forms. It supports voice input, two way sync with Apple Calendar and Reminders, and offers a smart suggestion engine that shows a live preview before confirming. The app uses a 4 stage NLP pipeline (local tokenizer → date resolver → title cleaner → AI fallback) and claims 86.3% task accuracy. It works in 9 languages (English, Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, Spanish, French, Japanese, Italian) plus Roman Urdu and Hindi. On device processing keeps data private, with tasks synced through your own iCloud. The free tier allows up to 3 active tasks; Pro ($1.99/month or $14.99/year) unlocks unlimited tasks, voice input, calendar sync, Siri & Shortcuts, and AI task breakdown.
