Portia is a native macOS utility that automatically detects and resolves port conflicts. When a process fails with an EADDRINUSE error, Portia identifies the blocking process (PID, name, path) and presents a native notification allowing you to kill it with one click. It runs as a background Launch Agent, consuming zero CPU when idle, and requires no shell modifications or terminal commands.
