Shotomatic is a macOS app that captures screenshots automatically before each mouse click during a workflow, then lets you organize, annotate, and export those screenshots as a step by step guide. The core feature, Action Capture, saves the screen state just before each accepted click, marking the click location. You can review the sequence, reorder steps, add text, shapes, arrows, and framing, and export to PDF, PNG, JPG, WebP, or ZIP. The free plan supports up to 5 steps per session; a Pro plan removes limits and adds blur, click markers, and step numbers.
