Simplex is a managed service that handles provider enrollment for healthcare organizations. It takes over the entire process from CAQH setup to final payer determination. Simplex agents manage providers' CAQH profiles, submit applications to payers, chase follow ups, fix corrections, and track every enrollment until the payer issues a decision. The service integrates with Airtable, spreadsheets, or internal systems to read pending enrollments and write status updates back. Each enrollment runs to final disposition with an evidence packet including step logs and video of exactly what was filed.
