Swimio is an AI powered swim training platform that combines workout planning, live Apple Watch guidance, and post session analysis into one continuous loop. On iPhone, users can build workouts visually, ask the AI Coach to generate sets based on goals, or import text and whiteboard photos via Smart Import. The workout then syncs to Apple Watch, where swimmers follow intervals, rest, pace targets, distance, and heart rate zones live without breaking rhythm. After the swim, Swimio provides session analysis including effort, efficiency, heart rate, distance, and performance trends, all synced via HealthKit and optionally shared to Strava.
