Timely is a desktop app (macOS and Windows) that lets you pull your calendar availability with a global keyboard shortcut. Press ⌘⇧A (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+A (Windows) from any app, and a Spotlight style popup appears. Select the recipient's timezone and a date range (today, 3, 5, 10, or 30 days), hit enter, and Timely copies a clean, timezone correct list of free slots to your clipboard. Paste it anywhere with ⌘V . The output includes a timezone banner, free slots grouped by day in a friendly 12 hour format, and respects sensible hours (default 8am 8pm). You can also set buffers around meetings (5 60 minutes) to avoid back to back suggestions. Timely connects to Outlook/Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar. It handles multiple accounts and shared calendars, automatically discovering delegated calendars. You can select which calendar's availability to send, or choose multiple to find overlapping free time for group meetings. A second hotkey ( ⌘⇧C or Ctrl+Shift+C ) opens a near fullscreen day grid showing event blocks and a live "now" line.
