Toyo works proactively in the background—sending morning briefings, meeting prep, and follow up reminders—and reactively when you message or call it. Key capabilities include: Email triage & drafting : Toyo reads incoming emails, classifies them by priority, and drafts replies in your voice. Meeting scheduling : Forward an intro or say "find time with the investor this week"; Toyo proposes times, books, and sends invites. Meeting prep : 30 minutes before a call, Toyo briefs you on the person, company, and past conversations. After the call, it sends a recap. Reminders & action items : Toyo catches commitments from calls, emails, and DMs, and nudges you before they slip. File analysis : Upload PDFs, decks, or contracts and ask questions about them. Deep research : Toyo can produce sourced briefs on topics or people. Toyo works via iMessage, voice notes, or phone calls. You can text it, record a voice note, or call it directly.
