Tyto is a post call analysis tool that scores audio recordings from voice agent calls using a "Tyto Risk Score" and six dimensions: speaker reverb, speaker loudness, interfering speech, background media speech, noise, and packet loss. It flags calls with a risk score ≥ 0.35 for review and highlights windows where audio quality is degraded (risk ≥ 0.60). The tool provides a per recording breakdown of the dominant driver of degradation and the percentage of degraded windows.
