Verkko Robotics has developed VOLTAIC, a 7 billion parameter spiking language model that learns continuously without forgetting, operates with 88% network sparsity, and runs on local hardware at 1/50th the cost of leading AI systems. Unlike conventional AI that requires retraining and cloud infrastructure, VOLTAIC accumulates memory in real time, adapts in place, and keeps data on device.
