Whim is a fast, native macOS file manager that replaces Finder for power users. It offers real time filtering by file type, date, and size, dual pane browsing, fuzzy folder and file search, hover previews for images and PDFs, batch rename, image conversion (HEIC/WebP/AVIF to JPG/PNG), ZIP compression, and a command palette. The app is only 9 MB in size and built without Electron, ensuring native performance.
