DuggAI is an AI agent designed to handle the full lifecycle of engineering tickets, from triage to resolution. It integrates with Discord and a range of developer tools (Convex, Stripe, GitHub, Supabase, Sentry, Linear, PostHog, Vercel, Slack, Notion) to read messages, answer customer questions, moderate toxic content, investigate bugs, and even deploy fixes. The agent operates in three tiers: Tier 1 answers common how to questions using your documentation; Tier 2 investigates reported bugs by searching past messages and tickets to form a hypothesis; Tier 3 executes approved fixes by modifying environment variables, deploying code, or opening pull requests via Cursor. All actions are logged and reversible from a dashboard.
