Latitude is an open source observability and quality platform designed specifically for AI agents. It captures agent trajectories, discovers behavior patterns, and helps developers catch issues before they reach users. The platform provides conversation intelligence by analyzing completed sessions to extract what conversations were about, what happened, and where issues occurred—such as escalations, resolutions, abandonments, trust breaks, retries, and tool failures. It offers semantic search across 100% of traces, allowing users to combine it with exact text search and filters to quickly find specific examples.
