Tough Tongue AI is a platform where SMB owners and domain experts build their own AI frontline staff such as sales callers, sales trainers, support agents, and interviewers. The agent you build can interact with the real world: use a phone, join Zoom/Meet, or sit within your app. The agent keeps evolving with use, flagging gaps, proposing skill and tool additions, accumulating learnings the user approves.
